Any county, state or federal facility area where there has to be direct contact between staff and inmates is going to be monitored. The jail hospitals...that broad is dumb...those areas are bugged to death. Either a CO or Control didn't like the fact the convo was too long and pushed the button.

They don't tell medical personnel who get hired into the jails this but if you're seen holding a convo for more than a couple of minutes, they will pull video and audio to hear what's being discussed.

Yup, a lot of times its used to eavesdrop on inmates discussing their own cases. They always tell you not to discuss your case and thats partly why. The other main reason being inmates will snitch you out if you confess to them.

One jail i went to, back in my trouble making days, had speakers all over the ceilings and in every cell. They were two way speakers and could monitor every sound you made. Usually inmates are aware of this.
