all white people by default act to maintain the system of white supremacy, whether it's purposely or whether they're completely oblivious to it. just the act of rubbing the deaths of Black people in our faces, antagonizing us, is a powerful psychological weapon against Black people, a weapon that's incredibly difficult to retaliate against without being careful. one method that has proven to be successful is to get these people in trouble with their employers using social media to create a virtual "lynch mob", their employers are left with very limited options when their backs are against the wall and the negative attention is building.
