When you run a business CUSTOMERS is the reason you getting paid. Customer service is just a lost skill..it’s not that hard but ppl act like the business they working for is actually their own business and make decisions like it’s going effect their hourly salary directly..just give the customer what they want so they can keep it moving..this post is not directed to this video because I don’t know what went down..this is directed towards customer service in retail as a whole ..it sucks

Yeah it sucks because they have to deal with these entitled ass customers all day long. Go to the store,buy your shyt, and go home, it's not hard. Customers showing up with fugazi coupons trying to scam, nikkas printing off fake barcodes, folks returning shyt they wore all week, trying to return shyt they just took off the rack. Bruh, if Costco let's you return anything then how about you go shop at Costco and stop trying to use Costco return policy at Kohls. Take the low pay, crappy hours, weekend work, etc...that goes with the job and the worst aspect of it by far is dealing with dumb ass customers.

Best thing you can do in life is earn money without directly dealing with customers. Pay someone else to deal with that shyt.
