Cali brehs: Do White People Live In Inglewood?

I just met a white guy from inglewood today at the bookstore but I think he lying I always thought inglewood was Mexicans and blacks?

I think it's good that some white people are comfortable living in majority minority neighborhoods and abandoning the mentality of their grandparents and parens that led to white flight, but bad if it leads to minorities being priced out. But even in new York at least, there are neighborhoods with almost no white people and they're still expensive to live in. It seems like rent increase is inevitable in most of the country.
