I'm not saying this is or is the the only reason for the drought in California. I've heard other people say, that the infrastructure is basically leaking out and not being maintained. I don't have the answer, but everything is up for debate.
Again..this stuff as he notes is documented...countries all over the world have been "playing around" with the weather....but somehow there are folks that say none of is possible or is happening.... like really

Fact is in explaining all these occurrences in Cali he discusses the weather and climate phenomena across the nation. This is more than a west coast issue, they are manipulating the weather & climate across the entire country.
