It’s true.
DC dudes are known for being one man armies, and very violent when it’s time to dance. So we have a good reputation in the FEDS.
But the boy loving shyt is true even tho I didnt see much of that in jail (idk about prison) but a lot of heads that have gone have admitted that shyt goes down. It’s a stereotype so some do it, some don’t.
People get on Atlanta for having black gays but the DMV area for as long as I have been alive has been VERY LGBTQ friendly & there are quite a few homo thugs. Go down to Storey Park off New York ave right now where the homeless camps stay & you’ll see Ving Rhames looking trannies. shyt is wild.

DC does not have state-operated correctional institutions..That has a lot to do with it so of course your gonna get a mixed bag of fukkery compared to other groups even the shawties have a rep in the feds for bein with the shyts ...Not to mention the Juvenile system is notoriously fukked up and corrupt..But yeah DC brehs and brehettes especially in the 80-90s from the street shyt to colleges always had a rep for being prideful, wild with a chip on both shoulders

Hahaha this is well, well known in the jail abd prison world. Well known. I've bever done a day of time in the feds or Maryland or Virginia, but EVERYBODY knows this about DC...
Just like in New York state system it's widely acknowledged that alot of Dominicans are like that too...

The reason is because everyone from DC goes to the feds. So DC’s fukkery is put on blast and magnified because they have numbers. So all the sex offenders and fukk nikkas in DC go to fed prisons where as other states they’d just be in their own state prison system.
