It's not if I said so, physics says so!
There's still rotational force between the tire rubber, the rim and the disk, of course it'll still drive! There'a literally no debate on that unless you're selling a Hollywood script that defies laws of motion.
And yes, if you use something as a weapon around cops, especially something as dangerous as a car, chances are the cops are gonna light your a$$ up.
I'm not saying it's right, and I'm not saying it's wrong, I'm saying that's the reality of the situation. And you know that, so unless you're woefully sheltered about how law enforcement operates, why would you expect anything else?

LMAO I was waiting for this joke. I added the full surveillance and dash cam footage. It seems like he was agitated about the drive thru taking long and began ramming vehicles, so the cops were called.
He literally did a suicide by cop over mid fast food. This is how I thought that Vance Boelter dude would go out --- in a blaze of glory or shoot out with the cops.

There was a shyt ton of cop cars in that car park, they could've blocked the car in and grabbed him out of the car if they wanted to.

But you're right, I shouldn't expect anything from law enforcement in America. I come from a country where cops ain't putting 50 pieces of lead into your brain because you won't get out of your car. I shouldn't expect everywhere else is as sensible as that

And now you're doing the disingenuous thing and changing the scenario in your last paragraph. He didn't get shot for not exiting his vehicle, he got shot for turning his car into a deadly weapon. Did we watch the same video?
