Women are attractive in L.A. but it ain't the women that these cacs hype up. A scrawny white broad with fake t*ts, fake lips and now most likely ass injections is not what I wanna be waking up next to :mjlol:

I was out in San Diego and all these white women look HORRIBLE.

But aren't they loosing money if they remain vacant for years on end
thats what i was saying. But here's the game.

#1. rich japanese guy buys a few condos because he got it like that $$$$$. he still lives in japan. has no plans on moving to the US. just has some property. might let his kids or family slide thru and hang out in the condo like its a timeshare. or rent it to you or me. if we are baller status and got it like that.

This is one reason why they are vacant but the companies who are selling the condos aint tripping. because even though it LOOKS empty. it's paid for.

#2. People come to L.A> and those who live here do make a nice check (especially if you're a white man.) so lets say you're in the creative class. you're making video games, you're a programmer, you're making video's/movies/TV shows. You're a producer, director, sound guy, etc. you could easily be sitting on 90k + per year. after taxes feds + cali. California Paycheck Calculator | SmartAsset.com

your take home per month is around $5200 a month. not bad. but the rent on one of these stupid luxury condos is like 2500 at best in a shaky area and little to no space. if you want space in a nice area, we talkin 3k and more. yes i've seen some sitting on 7k. utterly ridiculous. it was nice but iwasnt that nice. aint much 7k nice lets be honest. So these peopel can some what afford it. But the rent will go up on even them. they have stories about google employees making real good money in the bay area. crying about rising rents. if they crying and they're the young ballers. what do you think the rest of us are doing?

and we're talking about people making 70k, 60k a year. should be doing pretty good for themselves. not so much anymore in cali. and for the record. cali is actually a microcosm of The US. most of yall dont get this. because you've never been here or paid attention to the fact we have big cities and also huge rural areas all in one big state. so all of america is right here in cali. some of us are balling. and a lot of us are making decent money, the rest of us are flat broke. but just like all of america. most of us are not balling. so that means who the hell can afford those places? ballers only and foreigners. the semi ballers get tired of the rent and move out in a years time. you constantly see Uhaul moving trucks at these places. people moving in with smiles and moving out with frowns in a years time. other people will go broke in L.A. trying to front like they got it when they dont have it like that. so these developers are capitalizing on people's desire to FRONT and FLoss until they end up broke and have to go back to lets say Minnesota.

The weather thing is bullshyt in LA, unless you're near the beach. You start getting towards the Valley, it's miserable 6 months out of the year. I also didn't think people were slimmer and more attractive, which is what I thought it would be when I moved there. I'm glad I left.
you're a hot .... lie.

been here my entire life. the weather is the bizzzzznazzzz vs any other place probably on earth. even your favorite island may look beautiful. but its still ultra humid. southern cali is like one of a very few places on earth that has excellent warm weather pretty much year around without the ridiculous humidity of other places (including florida). now due to global warming. it has been more humid in L.A than i've ever noticed it. but that means its even more humid in the humid spots that yall are use to.

anyone talking about they're miserable 6 months out of the year in L.A. or even the valley is a liar. or they have an issue with anything about 80. now in the summer months in the valley, its hot has hell. aint no denying that. but its not and sticky. its just plain dry heat. but not arizona hot and not vegas hot. so again. its not 100 degree at 8pm.

How dumb do you sound telling someone their experience is a lie?

Sad, but that cycle must end.

its not an experience when you're talking about something like the weather. it's a fact or its not. you weren't talking about your experience with the people in cali and how you interact with them. you weren't talking about something that is an opinion or up for debate.

the weather is either what you said it was or it wasnt. There is no inbetween. I dont care if you FELT hot when it was 78 degrees. It wasn't actually hot. it was warm. If you felt cold and it was 71 degrees. Thats a lie. It's not cold in reality. now maybe your body felt cold. thats on you. thats not the reality of the weather in general. you tried to make a general statement about the weather that was untrue. I can check you on that because i've lived all over L.A./The valley for decades. You name a city and I'll tell you what the weather is like during any part of the year. anyone saying the weather is overrated. is lying. And probably has never been any where to compare either.

California
Bay Area is real estate and rent is expensive due to low supply, and a lot folks with money willing to pay for what they want. Landlord inflate due to demand. Also AirBnb has lowered the supply.

Get the fukk outta here, San Bernardino county has been hitting 100+ degrees in the summer for a couple years now.

Plus we just got out of a terrible drought, now the rain is tearing dams and freeways up and shyt.
