see, fighting does settle things sometimes. you wouldn't have to plan 10 years ahead... and you wouldn't have all this pent up anger. you both should've just settled it right then and there instead of dragging it out.

Oh yeah lets clear out one thing there. I wont get an assault charge if i lay my hands on him. Id be attempted murder or murder if u can still live wit that more power to you u got nothing to lose. Its not about standing as a man its me being smart about how to approach it.

3 yrs back im driving my pops car back to our crib wit my sister he talks shyt i cuss him out n tell him to get ready to knuckle up as soon as we get home what he does? Speeds back home like a p*ssy.

2 yrs back he was using something of mine dont remeber got up in his face no one was one told him that id stab him to death if he tried me. Later during the day i get a phone call from my pops all cuz this bytch nikka cried to him bout what i told him.

He's been ducking the fade from me for years maybe a good beatdown woulda settled it but he keeps on running or using people to stop me from giving it.

Now it all built up to the point that if I get a chance ima kill him. But that I dont want to happen cuz ill go in jail so ita better off for me to send him there.

I may be wrong. However, OP is talking and responding like an addict. He's not accepting blame. He's irrationally defensive. He sounds illogical.

Kept on doing bullshyt from the ages 16 to 20(he's 21 now)
Each time my momma and pops had to pay out of their pocket for his crap.
Now my mommma got us a house she put everything in place for us to get out that shytty appartement in 2004 and this is how he repayed her by putting more stress and not giving a shyt thinking he could bang blood in the surburbs or w/e

I remember clearly when I asked my mom when we was finna get a house a few months before we moved she gave me that look of kinda sad despair and told me soon that still shooks me to my spine to this day when I think about it.
Now this little ungrateful fukk nikka trying to fukk everything up just started building my hate for him cuz I was helping round the house when i got a job when i could, but lots of the time I had to loan her cash cuz she had to pay for his bullshyt ass fines.. shyt i even remember she ain't ask me nothing for mothers day but cash. Gave her that cash, guess where it went to that bytch ass nikka problems.
We had fights n shyt, but the thing that made me put him as Fredo status(Godfather 2) is when this bytch ass nikka ain't want to go see my dad in the hospital after his surgery for his cancer.. Same father that used to pick him up from the police station or paid his tuition fees for his first year in college in which he flunked out like a fakkit 3 months in or would pay them loans when my mom ain't want to pay it. Same father that told me to not press charges.

Now after the thing with my dad I don't give a shyt, if it wasn't for my pops he'd be gone by now.
But hey if my dad goes away..... I pray I'm not near this nikka in the same house when it happens cuz
