They know what they talkin bout, but you can't understand them. It's the Americans that you can understand that don't know shyt. "Can you hold for a minute?" **you hear them flipping through the manual** :comeon:

They call it customer service but these nosy ass b*stards be asking about your day and shyt. I didn't call you to talk, I don't need a friend fix my shyt and help the next person

I made this same exact thread like a couple months ago

i hate those accent fukkbois, cant understand anything they're saying. If i get hooked up with them i politely ask them to pass me to another employee, if they don't i just hang up and call back

I remember I kept getting on the phone with someone from India when I knew they had a customer service dept in Texas & I was already mad too.

They said their "American name" and asked "how may I help you" I said, you can't so transfer me to the dept in Texas. They paused and asked me again "is there something I can help you with?"

Me: :snoop: I'm not playing with yall, I've talked to your call center previous times & I still have the same complaint so transfer me to Texas

"Christopher": :merchant:One second please

The office Texas didn't help me either but it felt good to curse out people that deserved it :skip:

Ive heard they suffer severe racial abuse from callers in the UK and US.
