I remember I kept getting on the phone with someone from India when I knew they had a customer service dept in Texas & I was already mad too.

They said their "American name" and asked "how may I help you" I said, you can't so transfer me to the dept in Texas. They paused and asked me again "is there something I can help you with?"

Me: I'm not playing with yall, I've talked to your call center previous times & I still have the same complaint so transfer me to Texas

The office Texas didn't help me either but it felt good to curse out people that deserved it
