The eagles were 9-8,the 7th seed and didn't beat a team with a winning record :beli: Jalen had 16 tds to 9 ints but yeah Jalen would've lead the panthers to the playoffs when both the Seahawks and packers were 10-6 in the 5th and 6th seeds :childplease: there were no 7 team playoffs back in 2015
I cited that year because it was the greenest version of Jalen and his worst Eagles team. As i said, 1st year starter in an offense with Reagor/Watkins getting 130 targets and a defense 18th in points allowed made the playoffs (sitting on 9-7 and didn't dress starters in their final game) but a more seasoned Jalen (assuming he would be around year 5 like Cam was for 2015) on a team with Greg Olsen and a top 5 defense isn't making the playoffs ?

I disagree

Hurts is a good player but if you go down the list of teams you’re probably not getting one would definitely trade their QB for him until you get around Tua level

Jalen's 1st year as a starter, the Eagles also had Devonta Smith and Dallas Goedert. The defense was top 10 in yards allowed.

2024 Jalen could conceivably get that team to the playoffs. 2015 Cam won MVP and almost got that Panthers team to an undefeated regular season. There's a difference.

But this isn't about that.

Of course RC basically apologizes again and bends the knee to Cam. At this point he needs to stfu, always involving himself in shyt that doesnt involve him and then walking shyt back. Talking about "this turned in to shytting on cam and he didnt want that" nikka you was the one that started it and made shyt personal. At least stand ten toes on what you say.

Jalen Hurts needs great players around him he can’t carry an offense and win games by reading defenses and throwing 40 times to average WRs and no running game very few QBs can do that. That’s what Cam means

This is all very nuanced because Cam proved in college he could carry a team cause that Auburn team he led to the Natty had no NFL talent other then him and Nick Fairley but Cam’s problem in the NFL was that he thought he could just run people over like he did in college. He never understood that playing like that was not sustainable and never really developed as a high end passer.

Hurts isn’t a prolific passer but at this point if you wanna come up with some top 10 list he has to be on there..

What Jalen lacks in processing and prolific passing he makes up for with his intangibles

A player like him with a defensive coach isn't ideal. He needed an offensive coach to help him maximize his passing from the pocket

I like offensive head coaches because you keep the continuity when OCs leave for head coaching jobs..

With defensive coaches they don't really know offense and when the OC leaves, the defensive minded coach has to keep finding OCs

Its hard to keep doing that

That was one terrible stat, no correlation at all as regards performance of player, win or L or anything :skip:

Yo he’s got 0.3 seconds more than average why is he playing safe in a tight game that they are leading?

Well Dylan, perhaps that’s the strategy applied in this game given the circumstances and how things were going.

@Mister Terrific already bodybagged that terrible tweet :picard:

Highest Week 1 pressure rates at

QB: 53% - Cam Ward vs. DEN 43% - Joe Burrow vs. CLE 42% - Jalen Hurts vs. DAL 41% - C.J. Stroud vs. LAR 41% - Matthew Stafford vs. HOU 41% - Baker Mayfield vs. ATL

G0cXyUYWMAAgPiU

Eagles QB Jalen Hurts has the highest completion % for the week at 82.6% He averaged 6.6 yards per attempt. Joe Burrow 4.9 Baker Mayfield 5.2 Dak Prescott 5.5 Kyler Murray 5.6 Trevor Lawrence 5.7 Jared Goff 5.8 Patrick Mahomes 6.6

Worry about Cleveland putting Joe in a fukking box, not the Super Bowl MVP :pachaha:
