Cam gave him 20k just so he could have something tangible to shyt on him for.
Cam funny as hell I didn't hear nothing wild but also I don't know Un. Maybe he was being sneaky with his wording...bigging up Confessions Of Fire while downplaying Cam's Roc/Dipset records 
Honestly I don't think those Confession records would've made any difference, but Un said alot of those tracks were big in NY at the time so who knows
