That gpu is kinda trash. A 750 is not gonna play games at anything but low or medium at best.
Thanks for the insight. Let's say I wanted medium range gpu (assuming a medium range lets me play new/current games with no issues) what kind of costs would I be looking at?

How to game on PC...

1. Get you at least an I5 processor...

2. Get you at least 8GB of ram...do not be fooled by all of the "gaming ram"...ram is fukking ram and if you put two games next to each other...one using some cheap ass kingston ram and one using the wildly overpriced ripsaw ram you won't be able to tell the difference...you won't be able to look at one of the games and say "oh man this is running on that ripsaw!"

3. Determine what resolution you want to game at...most prefer 1080p and above and to play on at least high settings...so if you only want to game at 1080p you could still get by on say a 690...preferably you should get a 900 series gtx card...these things are built phenomenally well,a re hilariously energy efficient, and very silent during gaming...

4. Re-read steps 1 - 3. You will need at least this to game on high settings...

5. Get you a lot of hard drive space...

6. Download steam...

7. Browse steam for games...

8. Games you want, put them in your wishlist...

9. Set up notifications...

10. Every time the game is less than the full steam price you will get a notification...

11. Always try and hold out on purchasing a game until the summer sale and the winter sale...the vast majority of games on steam will be somewhere between 40 and 90% off during that time frame...

12. Unless it is a newly released title NEVER pay full price for a steam game...it will be on sale at some point...

13. Come to the coli and see threads about games being on sale for 10 and 15% off...and then say to yourself "nah I can hold out 47 more days and download it from steam where it will be 55% off"

14. Ask yourself how you ever spent all your time before steam spending damn near 70 bucks to play a game...

It is not wise to game on macs...that is not a steam problem that is a pc gaming problem...so many developers stop at just making a game functional on a mac...after that they spend all their time focusing on windows pc and console support.. go to any forum for a game that was released on mac and dig through all the threads about all the mac problems that no one ever pays attention to
