LMAO @ Jam Master Jay telling Moe Dee to not demolish Run DMC in that Unsung episode.....

Graffiti Rock..wow....from my recolection that was the first Hip Hop show...and the first time Jam Master Jay was seen cutting up on TV.

breh, start at NWA and shyt that dropped around 89, anything before that was garbage.

let these old heads tell you different tho :yeshrug:

Why are u just focused on albums? What happened to the partys, the clubs and block parties.....Why are u leaving out the dance crews? Who had the most popular tags on the subway cars???.......The DJ in the park element...why did u leave that out??? Why did u leave out all the things that made 80's Hip Hop as authentic as it was unlike any other decade only to focus on albums??........When I think of 80's Hip Hop I dont just think of "albums".....some of the most the popular songs were just singles.....LOL....U sound way off focused on albums when singles were a big thing in the 80's. Ladi Dodi was a single....Pee Wee Herman was a single. In the 90's the focus became more about albums and the MC was now bigger then the DJ so when u say things like what u said..it sounds off and doesnt coincide with how things were.
