I haven't been able to logon for about 30 minutes. I'm getting a NW-31291-6 error.
Can anyone connect the Playstation Network?

Just tried and it's working fine on my end.
Working fine and I'm still online. I just checked out the the E3 app.
It could be any kind of issue since there's a lot of solutions to that error code. Your PS4 is on wifi? One suggestion I read said to try connecting via ethernet directly from your modem to see if it's a router issue.
Another advises to power cycle your router and setting up connection again.
