Naw, this win is huge. If they beat TCU, and OKST? Then I don't see how they couldn't leap frog ND.

They might, still the committee has proven that it does not give the big 12 any leeway really.

Although starford losing will help

This should put us in at #7 maybe even #6 with some of the losses today.

Gotta keep it going for TCU next week.

It's gonna be

Clemson
Bama
OSU

Stanford vs ND will be an elimination game
Big 12 champion

IMO, Notre Dame still needs help since a Big 12 or Pac 10 champ will probably leap them. Even if they beat Stanford, an undefeated Okie State will leap them.

That ND-Stanford game lost a tick off it's luster now b/c they lost tonight.

That's due to that fukkery from last year with co-champs. We won't have that this time. Notre Dame is getting fukked.

How my old teammate who was our qb at OU but is now the RB coach?

Jay Boulware is the RB coach.

But if ur referring to Cale Gundy, he's used to be the RB coach for many years. But now he's the slot receivers coach. Dude could probably go anywhere with his resume, but he's stayed thankfully.

And u know stoops and Ou would rather play more traditional but in that conference it's impossible

yeah, we tried it for the past few years. But you have to be able to score more points in this league, rather than just control the clock on the ground.

And to the contrary, there's good defense in the Big 12. But you're not faster than the football can travel. So a snap and quick throw is impossible to defend. Comes down to tackling in space.

These Baylor/TCU/Boise State type teams always got the same story....play one big time program that can game plan for that spread bullshyt and its over. Thats why they dont get any respect in the polls :yeshrug:. Its good for piling on points on D2 and D3 schools doe :wow:

That's why I have no respect for any of these fast paced spreads schools especially the ones u mentioned

Anytime they face a elite team with any physicality it's a wrap ie Oregon losing big games

And I get why teams like tcu and baylor do it because they don't get the elite recruits other schools do and it evens the playing field but it's hard to watch for old school football fans who like physical play and some defense

I also have a disdain for them because it's caused copycats and has ruined a whole conference (big 12) because they have to play like them and also hurt the pros because these qb's are so unprepared for a pro offense though that's a topic for another day
