Can cacs explain why there's a black mummy in Lybia thousands of years before Ancient Egypt?

This is old (2013) but, I just stumbled upon it

According to cacs, Ancient Lybia was supposedly white and was supposedly dominated by light skinned Berbers yet, the oldest mummy in all of Africa was found there, of a black child, even older than the mummies in Egypt, which suggests that the Egyptians of that time were black too. This kid could have died as early as 6000 BC

Who knows anymore, we argue about what happened 10 years ago and these "experts" claim to know what happened thousands of years ago? I'm less and less convinced about history as an exact science and more and more convinced that it is just impossible to know the past.
