It pains me to say this as a Georgia fan but Bradford > Stafford.

And as I say this Stafford throws a pick 6.

He looks fukking terrible. :snoop:

Bradford just puts up garbage time stats. I think it's a dead heat between them.

I remember talking to some dudes who went to Georgia with me and we pretty much agreed before the draft that he's pretty much another Cutler type.

His potential is :lawd: especially throwing to Megatron, but IDK if he'll ever be able to put it together. Detroit having the coaching staff that they do doesn't exactly help either. He's still constantly throwing sidearm and off his back foot when he doesn't need to, just like he did here.

I want to see him have one season with a real coaching staff. Harbaugh made a huge difference with Alex Smith and someone like Harbaugh could do the same for Stafford. Hold him accountable and make him have consistent mechanics.

There are only so many Brady's, Mannings, or Rodgers out there. There certainly isn't one coming out every year. People just have to accept the fact that every number 1 pick isn't gonna be one of those guys. Bradford like most QB's is only gonna be as successful as his teammates and play-calling allows.

:blessed: about fukkING time someone said this. The best way to go when building your organization is to go from the top down. And as far as the players on the field it's best to build from the inside out because only about 3 or 4 QBs can really compensate for it if you don't have these things.

Just look at Sanchez and Flacco. These guys both set records for playoff wins in there first two seasons. Once those defenses and running games stopped being so dominant they have both been thoroughly exposed. Meanwhile ARod has carried the Packers through injuries all over the place on both sides of the ball. Manning carried the Colts for years. Brady has carried the Pats. That's why I :childplease: whenever people talk about guys win totals. You have a better chance to build a team like SF or Houston than you do finding a game changing QB to carry you because they are such a rarity.

Arent they like 6-6 with him throwing to nobody but Amendola?

One year he's taking a ton of sacks, another year he has nobody to thow to.

I defend the fukk out of Bradford, but this isn't true.

He has some pretty decent receivers. Amendola is great. Givens has a LOT of potential. Quick has hands and size.

Bradford is just so damn so-so. He takes sacks when he should escape the pocket or throw the ball away, and today he made a few bad decisions that cost a comeback. In fact, if he played the whole game like he played the 4th quarter, Rams win that game.

Next year is all he gets from me before I start throwing popcorn on him from the stands.
