Get a custom insole from an orthotics specialist.

Jordan 1s are pretty comfortable for flatfeet and adidas ultraboosts also.

Adidas EQT feel like ur walking on clouds

then take out the insole in the shoe and replace it with that new one

Get some insoles for plantar fasciitis off amazon for $15. I got a bunch of different types as they come in varying stiffness and thicknesses. I switch them amongst my shoes until i find the best match between the two.

Arch support will destroy your feet

You need to fix your hips that are dropping down on your calves who are dropping the arches

Arch support is literally the worse thing you can do to your already weak feet

Stop using western understanding of the body brehs you'll thank me later:mjlol:

First off you need to know what's going on, it's not just arches your whole body is out of alignment

Here's a diagram so you can understand
hip-imbalance.jpg

You need to do single leg workouts with slow and proper form. It'll balance out ur hips which will take weight off your feet.

You also then have to attack your arches with exercise, once the pressure is off them.

Flat Feet Exercises: Treating Flat or Fallen Arches

Western medical practice is to attack symptoms instead of the root cause:snoop:

If that ain't the most cac thing you've ever heard:dead:

I swap my shytty soles to Dura-soles and they have been fantastic. They''re not for flat feet but a sole change can make a world of difference.
