I guess I'm on board with you, but you gotta remember the nature of the internet: It's like sifting through a barrel of shyt in order to find the hope diamond somewhere in there. Now when you do find that special gem, ho-ly sheeit. You've got yourself some valuable information/awesome nude photos/entertaining content.
Most of the time, it's just shyt, though. Also, remember that this place is called the locker room. Maybe sports were different for me, but I don't recall any deep epiphanies or sharing life-changing/perspective shattering information before and after practice or games.
