The US is too incompetent for something like this. There are thousands of rape kits that no one has ever bothered to look at. After Michael Jordan's father was killed PBS Frontline did an episode called Post Mortem Death that showed the quality of a medical examiner's office varied wildly from state to state. As the above video mentioned, you need modern lab equipment, skilled lab workers, and skilled crime-scene investigators. There is no way all 50 states will operate under the same high standards.

I guess the cop shows were right. You can collect someone's DNA off of the back of an envelope, a cigarette, or drinking glass.

shyts a waste of money
(1) Most people don't commit crimes...So why spend all that money to keep a database of innocent citizens...A database that will never give the taxpayers the best bang for every buck spent to maintain it...

(2) It will make it easier for innocent people to get convicted of crimes...Think about it, you are Kobe Bryant...You go to a hotel in Colorado....You fcuk a pawg with consent, and leave the room...Her stalker boyfriend sneaks after you and kills her...

Now all the cops have is your DNA all over the place...You enjoy rough sex, and the pawg was willing....So, there is vaginal trauma, skin under nails, scratches on her back...

They run the DNA through the database, and you are a match...There is no CCTV footage for evidence...

If the DA is a skilled story teller, it becomes that much easier for you to get fcuked :pachaha:
