and these hoes in here don't know what they are even speaking about with feminism.
I'm a Real feminist but I can't even use the term because of these bytches and these bytchmade nikkas..... I support REAL oppression initiative around the world. i activily participate in causes that will help young women who REALLY need it.
American women help support only 4 out of 10 of american homes,,, and thats usually by choice. so they say they get 78 cent on the dollar when those stats are messed up because it's true on average........ but not commonly true job to equal job.
Many occupations ARE NOT EVEN SUITED for women..
for example i was in a combat unit in the military -training for our 3rd deployment..... this bytches rifle blew up. the hoe didn't clean it. It's a bytch to clean based on how much we shoot plus most women struggle just getting the fukking barrel broken down....... They got paid equal but did not deserve it. There are things they do better , most occupations in general they do worse.
I just got back cool with this one girl who used to work with us. She was ALWAYS complaining about pay. we fired her. She sees now that she was too gutlessness to get the job done to deserve what she wanted. you have to be frankly manly in certain industries.
But at the same time........ women excel in other fields.
Most teachers are women......... why not advocate to increase teacher pay?, we live in a society that screws over education...... yet we are fighting false fights with BS like feminism.
NTM in my computer science classes there were NO HOES. If women aren't chosing STEM careers then WTF do you expect in some cases. half the bytches I know are majoring in English or something like psychology. if that's going to be the case, then wtf are u really complaining about?
The pay gap for white women is self generated in some cases and that throw off the stats ---- studies show some of them don't even want that... 6/10 want to be homemakers anyway.
the pay gap for Black women is what's really fukked up. But that has more to do with white supremacy than Anything. And Everyone should be pro black and Everyone should be actively fighting against white supremacy which in turn will Help black women.
Pay GAP grows with age. That also throws off the stats. Lets face the facts....... men are more useful long term, despite women living longer. A old bytch is barely good to fukk let alone do anything else........... meanwhile older men can break a 20 year olds back if he's in shape and he can start is 3rd company while supporting his wife through menopause.
THE SINGLE MOST thing that affect the gaps is the fact that women are usually the childrens main caregiver. You can't really put that on the backs of men or society. Human have decided that together over the last 200, 000 years. So at this point , it is.. what it is..
As a man who has negotiated like 50something salaries. .... women by far are worse negotiates on average. A women can negotiate a man out of his sanity and negotiate her way around FOC and court....... negotiate a man to cheat on his wife, negotiate random bullshyt.................. but by all accounts, women are worse price and salary negotiators on average.
