Can not washing your hands properly make you feel sick?

This morning I was taking a shyt at the same time my mom was making food. And after I noticed I didn't wash that good and my hand still had some shyt smell.(it's that shytty hand soap we got)

Then I said fukk it and starting eating tortillas and shyt. Now I feel kinda sick. It's different though, I feel disoriented. I could just be sick though
