Like, if Method Man or E-40 came out with some Lil Uzi Vert or Lil Yachty sounding shyt for a whole album, would the fans accept it if it was still hot? Or if an older rapper had some music with a whole bunch of auto tune and ad libs, would the fans still accept it if it were hot? Or would the issue be that, even if the new shyt was hot, fans wouldn't accept it because they'd be comparing it ti the artist's old work?

2Chainz didn't get poppin' for real until he was in his 30s, but what about if a new artist was coming out that's in his 30s or 40s, would the fans accept him if he was trying to do that Autotune, melody-over-bars, type thing that goes on today, or, would they expect him to rap more like an old school rapper just because of his age?
