So what if A white kid was born/raised by a black family in a black area and identifies with being black? He can never use the word because others don't know his history? Because whites in past behavior? Or because he doesn't get the same treatment as someone of color?

Me being brown skin I relate to myself.
I am hispanic but don't push latin agendas. I am the same as anyone not white when viewed by society.
