Can RG3 be fixed? How? Does RG3 need a specific coordinator, offense, receivers?

What would make RG3 a better fit somewhere else though?

Having a less fickle fan base and coach who genuinely supports you would do wonders for anyone. Gruden was up there blaming weather patterns for Kirk's shytty play meanwhile he threw Bob under the bus after he got a concussion in a pre-season game. He wasn't allowed to make mistakes that you need to make in order to learn the game as a QB.

Put him on a team that will let him sit for a year or two and who will allow him to actually learn how to be an NFL quarterback. And not just someone with a great arm who plays the position. Obviously he will never get back to that dual threat that he was in his rookie year but there is no way that he shouldnt be a teams starter in the future either or at least should be given a legit chance to compete for a starting gig. His confidence is shot and he needs someone who will coach him up and give him encouragment when he does well instead of someone who shyts on him for any little mistake he makes.

I think Denver or Arizona would be good fit for RG,

If Peyton leaves he could compete with osweiller, and possibly start if osweiller doesn't pan out, and Kubiak system would do wonders for RG, the team culture would help elevate confidence

In Arizona he could wait behind Palmer and have opportunities to start when Palmer is injured(always injured), Arians could coach RG to pro bowl status
