Can selling old shoes resell?

There used though and have some scuffs
Would I be able to sell a used pair of shoes or do they usually want newer ones ?

Anything can be for sale. I had a pair of 95 bread 11s and OG Aqua 8s with partial sole separation. Paid a dude to swap the soles and clean em up for 50$ and I sold them for 350$ Each on solecollector
