Can Someone Explain The Diva Face/Heel Allignments For Me :dahell: ?

This shyt has me confused as hell. So I thought Charlotte had turned ( I think I read it on here, I usually skip their matches and segments) but I'm watching Raw and thinking she gotta be face after seeing Paige slap Flair. I guess Paige is a kind of tweener. I have no idea what's going on with the Bellas they seem to switch from Heel to face and back whenever the writers feel like it and sometimes week to week with ZERO explanation. Nattie and Becky Lynch are faces I assume and with Lana I don't have an idea either. She doesn't get no heat even though she's with Rusev and I'm sure they were just tryna push her as a face. I get she got back with Rusev but didn't she announce that on twitter? Plus she doesn't act like a heel at all. Can someone break this down for me?

Short reigns with effective stories to establish the characters, and highlight them as they step it up in pursuit of the title. Let Becky have a shot, and win. Charlotte heels her way back into being a 2 time champ...then Sasha gets it for a while.

She defends it against Paige, Charlotte, a debuting Bayley, Becky, and Team BAD...it's so easy.

Maybe have 2016 be the year where the wrestling dictates whether they're Women or Divas, decided by whether women or Divas hold the championship longer than the other. That's a whole huge goldmine in itself.

I'll take a shot in the dark here.

• Natalya and Becky Lynch are babyfaces.

• I think Team Bella without Nikki are supposed to be tweeners and with Nikki they are heels though they have worked as heels and faces against Team Bad.
• Team Bad are heels, but have flip-flopped against Team Bella and worked babyface, but that was when Nikki was there.

• Paige since the "PaigeBomb" promo has been heel up until the mizTv segment. Paige turned tweener by slapping a heel Ric Flair. On a side note Them not acknowledging Reid in video packages leading up to their match at Survivor Series was them trying to erase it from history.

• Charlotte was a technically a babyface leading up to her match against Becky on raw 2 weeks ago, where she and Ric Flair screwed over Becky in what was supposed to be just a friendly exhibition match. On Smackdown she selfishly screwed Becky again by getting Becky disqualified, when Becky had the match won. After everything Paige has said about Charlotte has been proven true I think Charlotte turned heel in that Miz Tv segment.
