Why was Matthew Dellavedova able to flourish playing "bron ball" and not Byrie Irving. Cavs were better with him on the floor than Byrie. It's why many times Bron would waive off Blatt stupid moves of bringing Byrie back and keeping Delly on the floor

What team isn't trying to get multiple 40% shooters from 3, active rebounders and good defenders?

Steph,KD,Klay,Draymond....Multiple 3 point shooters and good rebounders and good defenders. Looks like "bron ball" to me

He did flourish in the system there. He just isn't one of those guys who automatically makes any team a force. Few players are so that isn't a knock but when people are trying to claim he was the real mvp of the Cavs, it has to be pointed out.

There is no currently active player in the league who's won more championships as the alpha than Bron right now. Not a role player, 6th player, complementary piece, robin, but THE alpha.

its when bron dominates the ball every possession and either (a) bullies his way into the paint for a layup (b) drives to the lane and kicks it out to a shooter (c) pass it to another scorer and stand there while the other player isos (kyrie/wade)

it has its pros and cons. while it doesnt necessarily promote motion and ball movement, its pretty hard to stop considering how easily bron gets into the paint. problem is, an elite system beats bron ball more times than not (2014 spurs for example, 2017 warriors)

But the whole Lebron dribbling out shot clock for late kick outs is ridiculously over blown . Only time that happens is maybe at the end of halves or crunch time. Lebron does not just dribble the ball waitin for a man to open up like say cp3.

Also, Kyrie didn't have to give up anything of his game to suit Lebron....they actually shifted to an ISO offense to suit Kyrie's game.....and Kevin love's athleticism wouldn't have made him successful with the offense going through him beating defenders alone on the weak side.....we saw what happened with that over and over again, k love gets his shot blocked, or the ball stolen or throws it away(his first step isn't beating anyone)....he was and is more deadly under the basket or hitting open threes.

There is no Bron ball....it's just playing with the talent and skill set of those in the lineup
