Can someone help me when it comes to magazines.

I found a site that has magazines as PDFs. I downloaded a magazine from it that lead to a site called novafile.

Novafile seems like megaupload and etc.

For a free download it takes an hour but if you pay it's way quicker.

I did the free download and it did take an hour and got the PDF of it. No viruses or anything. Since I never heard of novafile. Is it safe if I use my PayPal or would I not be able to cancel it after the first charge?
