It his Superman routine in matches that annoys people. Cena can get hit with with a nuclear bomb and he still Cenas up, hits a breh with one chair shot and get the win like nothing happened.
Hes alright and capable, like he showed with DC Dave but that was some time ago. But alot of his best matches have some form of gimmick to them, triple threats/fatal 4 ways or where he has someone who can work in them.

Cena had amazing matches with Ziggler, D Bry, Punk and Brock this year, that's a lot more than certain tsc favorites

nikkas want to hate, but as long as Cena is in the ring with someone decent and on the regular roster (
) his matches are always good to great. The crowd reactions alone have his matches feeling like WM....

My problem with him isn't his matches. His personality is what annoys me these days, his matches are fine for the most part. Even dating to 2005 when the Cena Hatred was born with his move to the Raw Brand.

Better yet..name when he doesn't do something silly in a match like get up from two finishers ala Summerslam 2010 and squash Wade and Gabriel in 45 seconds after a DDT on concrete. That's old school Undertaker type shyt.

He gets hate for his ring work because he has a very basic set of moves and he sucks when it comes to execution. People hate his corny ass gimmick, so watching him win all the time with the same comeback annoys a lot of the fans. Also, he can't carry lesser talent (he had a fun match vs Khali once though).
To me, that doesn't take away from the fact the he is the best "main event" worker they have. Even though his limitations are VERY clear, the norm is for him to have very entertaining matches
