The term Goat came from his last name but the GOAT acronym wasn't named after him

Yes it did, that was just rumors about his last name, some said it was because of his quiet demeanor. It got the game Greatest of All Time the GOAT from the playground street ball.

Where he would do the double dunk and all types of shyt.

Receipts?

Did you watch any documentaries on him it's common knowledge it's even on his wikipedia page, why don't you ask the naysayers for receipts lol

man yall some funny motherfukkaz

he nickname "Goat" has several proposed origins. In an article for the New York Times, Earl stated that he got the nickname because a junior high school teacher kept pronouncing his name Mani-Goat. Other theories state that by the time Manigault was in high school, he was known as "The Goat" because of his quiet demeanor. Another states that the nickname started by confusion over Manigault's last name; people thought Manigault referred to himself as Earl Nanny Goat, so he became "The Goat". However, the most popular belief is that he was called The Goat as the acronym for Greatest Of All Time. Although it is unclear how the name was dubbed, Greatest of All Time is the idea that lasted. The "Happy Warrior Playground" on Amsterdam at West 99th Street in Manhattan is more commonly referred to as "Goat Park" where Mr. Manigault reigned.

He was mentored by Holcombe Rucker.[2]

Then what is it, it's just a fact. Earl was referred as not only as GOAT but also as The Greatest of All Time this is a fact.

Show me a receipt that says otherwise or shut the fukk up seriously.

Kareem Adult Jabber said he was the greatest player he every played against, many people thought he was the GOAT it's well documented
Please man shut the fukk up, Nobody said Greatest of All time GOAT until Earl that is just facts. Nobody in Hip Hop used either until the movie Rebound about Earl came out in 1996

just because you get your culture for a message board and the first time you seen the GOAT was on the Coli or some rapper because LL Cool J brought it into Hip Hop mainstream in 2000, before then no other rappers or anybody in Hip Hop even said used it. And Nobody was calling Jordan the GOAT in 1996 lmao, people then start using GOAT for anything until it got picked up in hip hop slang.
