Drake doesn't have one great album. Don't get me wrong, I respect his talent, versatility, and bars, but his discography really ain't matching the praise the guy gets.
TML = Underwhelming
TC = Good, but nowhere near "best hip hop album of (insert any year)"
NWTS = He was spittin on this. I really liked some of his beat selection too, but as with TC and TML, too many filler/corny joints.
A lot of cats see him as the best artist in the game, but I just can't when he can't deliver with his albums. He's supposed to be held at a higher standard, right ? Hit us with a memorable piece for work then. Just good/above average LP's ain't cuttin it. Or am I trippin ?
