Enough nikka. He was cooked. Every single performance in the 90s and beyond was just him lipsyncing.

His voice was beyond shot.

And the charisma, swagger, presence, crowd control and innovation he used to display on stage were all rapidly diminishing.

That's the HISTORY tour... Nikka.

I'm talking about the Dangerous Era and even in that era he would crush nikkas primes

. Plus he was getting older. The fukk you expect him to perform as if it was 83 in 95? :mjtf:

To be fair Michael was always very thin. He was a vegan way before it was fashionable and touring takes incredible amounts of energy and stamina. Yes he was struggling with addiction but we probably would have worn down from exhaustion from eating so little especially being older.

I imagine this tour was partly for folks who weren't alive or old enough for the Victory tour.

I saw Prince twice in 2011 and it was dope as hell. Would have preferred to see him in the 80s or 90s but I wasn't alive or old enough.

Ik what op means but in his defense look at the legacy acts that perform today, you would say the same about a lot of them. I’m looking at you Smokey

Yes, Michael in 2009, rehearsing for his final shows, looked washed compared to Michael in 1984, at the peak of his career coming off the biggest album of all-time. :beli:

If he had only done the 10 shows like he originally planned, it's possible he would still be here. It's when they added 40 more shows that the perfectionism kicked in and the need to overextend himself led to him needing more drugs to keep up. He hated touring, so I guess the trade-off is nobody had to see him kill himself on stage.
