Dre has always been on point with his rapping but never gets any credit in part because his production over shadows him and he utilizes ghostwriters. How you you feel about Dr. Drizzay as a rapper though? Eminem never even renegaded him when you think about it. Dre has always held his own no matter who he was on the track with.

But Em cant renegade himself. Dre's raps are dope and hes got A1 production. I wouldnt put him on my fav MCs list or anything but hes got great music.

Dre was always better at rapping than any other people who used as much writers.

I mean Game, Em and 50 and bunch of other people have said how Dre 'coached' or 'teached' them how to use their voice and/or made them record the same lines over and over again. He knows what sounds good and how to do it himself too. But he can flow pretty fast too and perform his songs live pretty well, same can't be said about Diddy who really never should've picked up the mic

He was able to make his ghostwritten raps less obvious in the sense that he had his own voice/mannerisms, etc. unlike :takedat:

Well, until Compton OST...his voice on that was pretty :francis:, one of my gripes w/ the album.

sometimes Dre's voice sounded like a cartoon villan.

I fukks with Diddy more as a rapper tho; his recite game has been more versatile and has way more classic verses, especially rapping BIG's verses. Puff has always had higher quality writers than Dre.

BIG writing for Diddy >>>>> Snoop writing for Dre.

No Way Out >> The Chronic

lets keep it real & Im a Dre stan.

BIG writing for Diddy >>>>> Snoop writing for Dre.

Biggie wrote for P Diddy once and that was victory. Biggie save the best bars for his own verses in that shyt.

mase was the man to thank really.

But anyways The Chronic and 2001 > No Way Out
