i mean, the most artificial thing i do is to setup a good environment
like clean sheets or snacks, when it was a struggle for me to have stuff like that ready but pretending like it was easy or normal

Yes, honestly if you just eat chicken/fish (i just eat fish) and greens, there's not much fat in your diet. I prefer fish because its way less fat than chicken.
