can we filter threads by the number of stars they have?

we can star threads but we can't filter it...it would be a better system for people to actively vote with stars and then filter threads out based on the average stars that they received

Star system itself needs to be overhauled first seen too much actual good content get one starred by e-stalkers of those threads' OPs
