I saw reincars post in my other thread and he talking about how he was in law school so he knew what stores and police and security could and cant do.

I always thought if they wanted you you had to go, or just run away and get chased.

So say if im driving, speed limit, signaling, all that and following all the rules, can a cop still pull me over?

What if im walking from a "disturbance" can cops pull me over n frisk me

Yes to the last two, Ive been pulled over and taken to jail because the cop made up a traffic violation

No breh, Probably not, That evidence is inadmissible at trial since it is the product of an unreasonable search (unconstitutional) and if the weed is not in plainview, the police officer has no right to search you in the purely clean cop sense.

Yep, the more serious the charge, the more likely it is you will need a good lawyer who will fight for you by exposing those dirty cops who lie on the stand to try to save their face and to get you significant jail and prison time. It is worth the investment.

Some of these police officers are under the pressure to make arrest under informal quota system such as MAKE five arrests and reports. ARREST or report two drink-drivers. MAKE nine traffic contacts, including on-the-spot fines, using mobile breath tests. ISSUE one drug-related fine or diversion (for minor illegal drug possession) and guess what they look to target minorities. .
