Can you be stronger without super massIt just depends on your goals if you’re trying to put on a ton of mass than cali’s aren’t gonna get you there. That’s why I say do both cuz you’ll get the best of both worlds.

Now I follow alot of overly pretty girls who obsess with fitness and definitely are obsessed with building their ass up...and the progress is definitely there...even though Katya Elise Henry critics believe she got her ass done. She is kind of strong though...lifting up 230 lb men off the ground and shyt.brothazay is not built anywhere near Roy Jones, Zay very slim. When it comes to physique genetics do matter.
Anyway the only correct answer is to do both. @BrothaZay if all you needed was calisthenics weight rooms wouldn’t exist.

Calisthenics you can do anywhere, weights you need the actual weight
I would do a mixture of both
figure out what works for you

classic calisthenics are enough to keep me cut up

This. They all mix it up. No way in hell is a dude gonna get jacked without progressive overload. I mean, I guess you can overload via calisthenics by doing more reps. But it's not the same muscle tearing as weight training. You can get a nice, cut, athletic physique through calisthenics. But not swole.fukk no... all those jacked dudes you see claiming to do calisthenics do weight training as well. almost as bad as all the fake naturals running around....
