It's true.
Shame really...Outlawz were what everything people asked for in a rap group,
but they were "West sympathizers" since they rolled wit' Pac...and that's only from "fans",
because they had industry respect. Ah well...

You're entitled to your opinion...but as a group of rappers they weren't any worse than
a lot of other groups.
IMO, thier greatest strength was their greatest weakness at the same time, which is that Pac was leading them -
and Pac had direction, and they are the epitome of riders. I mean, you get the sense that they
might not even have been rappers if not for Pac.
Because of this, Pac had them working like him and living like him and had them spitting on
(for lack of a better term) "non-East" tracks, and it was working for what Pac was wanting to do...
but when Pac died people didn't believe them to matter anymore. But they had some heat, doe.
They are an East Coast group with a West Coast twist to them, that would kick some
conscious chit. The appeal was there, but people for the most part didn't seem to fucc wit' them
solely because of what the OP said.
