Improve on the good characteristics you do have, realize that you're probably not as ugly as you think you are and walk with your head up straight. Look everyone in the eye and don't just look away because you think someone is looking back at you. Simple things like that.
This won't just help with women, it'll help with everything. I am more assertive now than I used to be simply because I literally kept my head up and stopped looking at my feet when I was walking. People can tell you're about your wits if you can walk with your head up and look them in the eye.
People like me more and hate me more because I'm true to who I am. I won't act like I'm some macho moron just to impress a devil. If you've got "it", women will see it.
