Can ya'll give me examples of businesses that claim to be Black-Owned but aren't?

I'm asking this because sometimes in threads about Black-owned businesses, people will come in and ask how we know that a business is actually Black-owned and doesn't have a white person who is really the owner.

I'm not talking about stuff like BET that is aimed at Black people but isn't Black-owned. As far as I know, BET doesn't claim to be Black-owned.

I'm talking about businesses with a non-Black owner that lie about the fact that they are Black.

I don't know of any businesses that CLAIM to be black owned that really isn't....usually just be suprised when we assume it is black owned when it isn't like this one i found out about back in the days......damn i really wanted to believe seeing those commercials that MS. ANN was really the boss :

Famous Amos cookies use to be black owned to Kellogs took it over....and also refused Willie Amos from being able to use the famous amos name as a brand anymore

A lot of the "Black claims" simply stem from Black companies eventually selling to White conglomerates.
Like BET and Carol's Daughter.
Others may be Black created, and run, but their majority stockholder may be White.
