Aside from Power Rangers, the only other shows of a similar genre that were worth a damn...

I miss these shows. No matter how bad they look now, they are still cool to me.

Can't overcome nostalgia:wow:

Only reason I know about these shows is because I used to watch a show in the 80's on USA Network called Up, All Night! which used to show a version of the Super Sentai, but they made it into a comedy by inserting a laugh track, goofy sound-effects and hilarious dialogue. When Power Rangers first started as an American series, I was like......":ohhh: I've seen this before". I was hoping it was gonna be like what I remembered, but it wasn't even close.

EDIT: Just remembered. They called it 'Dynaman' and the actual show was Night Flight.

I thought I was the only one to remember that, I remember when Power Rangers came on and I was like why do I feel a sense of deja vu. Good Looks.

Everything was in the early 90s...

Yeah, but each show was taken from an actual Japanese show. Mighty Morhpin' Power Rangers was actually from the Zyuranger, Dairanger and Kakuranger series of shows.

I shouldn't have used Sentai as a series when it was/is actually a whole genre.

Sentai translates to 'team/task force' which separates it from the Kamen Rider series of shows.
