None of those are as powerful, and none are complete. This same thread is on every website and each has people posting inferior rigs and going "just as good" in a Donald Trump fashion

If I have a GTX 1070 or above I'm not sweating the One X but Microsoft has done a great job putting themselves atop the 4K HDR market at a good price.

It is also important to note that even if someone built a PS4 pro or XiX, the games moving forward would not be optimized for the PC you built the way they would be on the console*.

Also, 3-4 years from now, developers will be considerate to the constraintsof console hardware and will use their expertise to work around it...

Your 3-4 year old PC... No one's trying to do the same thus upgrading will start to force the issue of having to upgrade..

Then, think about the fact that many people don't want to build the house themselves... They just want to pay for it and live in that shyt so building rigs and performing maintenance may be its own barrier of entry.

--------

I will say, though, I don't knock the brehs who build rigs. The way I see y'all talk, the building sounds like a fukking art.
The thing is, ballet is an art too, and I have no fukking interest in learning either at this moment of my life.:pachaha:

Yeah that shyts definitely an art. I regretted making this thread cause after I learned how hard it is to match xboxx there was no point but it did let me see who probably knows what their talking about on here when it comes to building gaming pcs.

The pc would cost a bit more but youd have access to way more games at better prices on steam. Plus youd still get all the xbox "exclusives"

As well as everything else you can use a pc for
True.

Regarding the consumer who views a console as way more plug and play than any pc, is there a way to sell pc gaming to them?

I mean, many people don't want to worry about a bunch of moving parts that may have to be modified and replaced so the distraction of worrying about that is moot when it comes to console gaming - that's the biggest draw.

This was main reason I moved to PC gaming full time, X1 just collecting dust now.

Part a few games like Last of Us etc, not missing out on anything TBH.

Huge game collection
Always cheaper - just pre ordered COD for £28\£35, aint seeing those prices on a console

Looks better - Witcher 3
:ohlawd:

And then the mods
:banderas:
