Hell no, these kids complain nowadays complain about youtube loading slow, they could never handle AOL"s high maintenance ass. But, I do miss those chatrooms.

I remember I couldn't talk on the phone while using the internet but my cousin had AOL Broadband so she could (plus hers was fast as fukk). I was about 10 years old and my mom didn't know shyt about computers so I was the most tech savvy person in the house. Calling AOL all day asking them to make our shyt faster. Having to wait an hour before I could watch a 3 minute YouTube video. Terrible times.

But then we discovered Comcast Triple Play and so we Started From The Bottom now we here.

i love my moms but there was times this happpened when i was downloading a game or music and id think about deading her

mom - *picks up phone and hears modem sounds* "oh sorry i forgot!"

me - was at 97% of 12MB file that has taken 3 hours to download

I remember those disks that came in the mail. I would live off those things for a couple years until I ran out
