That dude has been working out for 30 years and has had top flight resources for the last 20........
Nothing to do with it.. he's stayed consistent all these years.

If he was :flabbynsick: and just started fitness at 50 it might be hard or impossible to do naturally.

He doesn't have a crazy amount of muscle and it's not like his body got better with age.

He been healthy all of his life so maintaining his physique is definitely possible :yeshrug:. It would only be hard if he stop for a long time and try to get back to it because his metabolism is not the same from back when he was in his 20s and the body breaks down much easier when you are older.

Spin: you ever seen a super in shape dude that got the same problems regular old people have? It’s a trip. I seen a dude that had abs and biceps and the whole 9 and grunting and back and hip hurting sitting in a car low to the ground (old school Camaro)
