If you don't date an active/fit woman who is vain about her fitness level and health, you will eventually encounter this problem.

Everybody notices when they gain weight, because their clothes fit differently. Matter of what their natural inclination is to do about it.

If a man is your homie, then yeah you can tell him he is getting fat.

You do it by roasting him like he would roast you...

As far as telling a woman that she is gaining weight, I believe that you can.

However, it would be best to deal with a woman who is health conscious and already monitoring her weight.

Tone and delivery is always key when communicating...

Yep you cant force someone who doesn’t want to look after themselves to do it by pressure they have to want to do it.

For me if a chick is not wanting to keep fit for her own wellbeing that’s a red flag to me.

True. But this generation is a lil lost.

Its not even the inclination to take action. They will literally change their mind about how they feel about the weight.

You with your girl one day and shes talking that rara health talk and how shes bout to kill it. Week later shes saying she loves how her body is filling out and wants to be thicc wit two c's. U just be like...

One of my homies put on them covid pounds and we pretty much told him "You getting a lil fluffy - we gotta get you right bro". He already knew what was up and been on his P's and Q's since. I guess it really depends on the relationship and the messenger. I've never commented on any female friend's/relative's weight but I'm certain it wouldn't go down that easily.

Bro, if a homie is getting big I would likely say “yo I noticed you gained a few, everything good?”

I don’t know what he going through so I don’t want to speculate, but if he told “nah I been lazy blah blah blah” I’ll following up with jokes for sure.

women, I went down the truthful route but that never works. Just more deflection and delusion so now, I just quietly make notes and keep it moving. I don’t have the bandwidth when you can’t admit you messing up
