is it cool if you can guide me towards what cities are the best for my situation

$800-$1000 in rent.

You can find that in good areas in Washington or Colorado (Oregon is But I know a few african chicks down there )

While Washington doesn't have a system like CO, the prices are getting better .I picked up a quarter of Jack Herer for $60 at my shop last week ,and lowkey some amazing growers up here...no homegrows but honestly unless you growing like 20 plants no one cares.

Job market might be better here too,depending on your occupation. Rent isn't too bad and you can easily find a spot in a good area for $900-$1000 like 30miles from downtown seattle. Lynnwood,Everett,even Northgate got prices in that range. The housing hasn't gotten overly expensive yet like SF,NYC. Transportation is trying to get better. I live 2 blocks away from the Swift bus stops,and from the transit center to pretty much get me to just about every important city in Western Washington.
