A soldier got shot at the war memorial and then the shooter ran into center block. A bunch of gunfire there. All MPs locked down in hiding. Harper was there, but is safe.

For you americans, this is like a shooter killing someone outside of Capitol Hill and running inside and letting off rounds while Obama is there.
