The CFL doesn't market to Toronto that strongly because we are more closely associated to US cities and the US culturally than the rest of Canada. The rest of Canada fux with the CFl heavy. Go anywhere else and they have a big following. It also flows down the river of the rest of Canada isn't as "multicultural" as Toronto. Think of everywhere except Toronto and some parts of Montreal as some degree or another of "Texas-lite"
